What is TMC?
Tough Mountain Challenge is a rugged 5K through the mountains of Sunday River, packed with mud, water, hills, and a gauntlet of wild obstacles.
You’ll run, crawl, slide, and scramble your way through the course—laughing, swearing, and maybe questioning your life choices.
It’s not about speed. It’s about showing up, getting filthy, and making it to the finish with your team (and your shoes) still on.
